Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1911. A member of the University Contingent of the Officers’ Training Corps. Commenced service on 26 November 1914. Second Lieutenant of the 6th Battalion, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment), 1914, serving in France. Killed in Action at Albert, 3 July 1916.
