Entered College in Lent Term, 1914. Commenced service on 28 March 1916. Second Lieutenant of the 1st Battalion, Somerset Light Infantry, 1916; attached to the Trench Mortar Batteries. Served in France and Belgium. Killed in action 4 October 1917.
