Second Lieutenant John Henry Cotterill (1908)

Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1908. A member of the University Contingent of the Officers’ Training Corps. B.A., 1912. Commenced service on 8 June 1915. Second Lieutenant, 3rd Battalion, Black Watch attached to the 2nd Battalion, 1915. Served in Mesopotamia. Died of wounds received in action at Mashadie, 15 March 1917.
