Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1913. Rhodes Scholar (Newfoundland). A member of the University Contingent of the Officers’ Training Corps. Commenced service on 25 November 1914. Private of the 1st Battalion, Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment). Killed in action on 5 April 1917 in France & Flanders.
