Captain Gilbert Hume Norris (1906)

Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1906. A member of the 1st Association Football XI, 1908 – 1909; Seniors’ Soccer Trial, 1909. B.A., 1910. Assistant Master as Wixenford School, Wokingham, 1910 – 1914. Commenced service on 1 August 1916. Captain of the 13th Battalion, King’s Royal Rifle Corps, 1916 (France). Died of wounds received in action on the 9 March 1918.
