Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1903. A member of the 1st Torpid (cox), 1904-06; 1st VIII in Eights Week (cox), 1906. 3rd Natural Sciences (Physiology) and B.A., 1907; M.A., 1912; B.M., B.Ch., 1912. Practised at St. Thomas’s Hospital and in Cape Town. Captain, South African Medical Corps. Lieutenant, Royal Army Medical Corps, 1915, serving in France. Killed in action, 29 April 1916.
