Second Lieutenant Wilfrid Garland (1911)

Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1911. A member of the University Contingent of the Officers’ Training Corps. 4th Class. Mods., 1913. Commenced service in December 1914. Second Lieutenant of the 7th Oxford & Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. Served in France, Salonika and the Balkans. Killed in action on the Salonika front, 9 May 1917.
