Captain Ferdinand GonÇalves Glenday (1911)

9 January 1892 – 15 June 1916

Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1911. A member of the University Contingent of the Officers’ Training Corps. 2nd History, 1914; B.A., 1915. Commenced service in September 1914. Captain of the 12th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers, attached to the Royal Flying Corps. Served in France. Killed in aerial action on September 15 1916.
