Lieutenant William Allan Sewell (1913)

Entered College in Michaelmas Term, 1913. A member of the University Contingent of the Officers’ Training Corps. Commenced service on the 10 November 1914, Lieutenant of the 4th (Cumberland and Westmorland) Battalion (Territorial), Border Regiment. Flying Officer of the Royal Flying Corps in France, 1917. Killed in action on 12 November 1917.
